Aftab Shivdasani was born on 25th June, 1978. As a child artist Aftab has worked in Mr. India, Shahenshah, Chaalbaaz and Insaniyat. He completed his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, located at Lokamanya Tilak Marg, Mumbai. And graduated from H. R. College of Commerce in Mumbai.

He got his first leading role in Bollywood with a starring role in the film Mast, 1999. That won him the best Newcomer Award for his performance. Since then he has appeared in many films with mixed box office success.


Aftab has been enjoying great reviews for his acting from fans as well as critics. He has also gathered some not so successful films in his kitty, in his so far Bollywood career.
